The first of the Participation Finance Workshop Series, organized in cooperation with the Marmara University Institute of Islamic Economics and Finance (MÜİSEF) and the Participation Banks Association of Turkey (TKBB), was hosted by Marmara University. The opening speeches of the workshop were made by MUISEF Director Prof. Dr. Ertuğrul Boynukalın, TKBB Secretary General İsmail Vural, TKBB Chairman of the Board Osman Çelik and Marmara University Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kurt.
In the workshop, which was held with the intense participation of academicians and sector representatives working in the field of participation finance, the development process of fundraising products in the participation banking sector, the problems encountered in this process and solution suggestions were discussed.
