Translation of Shariah Standards and Operational Requirements Book Published!
The book Sharia Standards and Operational Requirements, published to mark the 20th anniversary of the Shariah Advisory Council (SAC) of the Central Bank of Malaysia (Bank Negara Malaysia), translated into Turkish by our academic member Asist. Prof. İsmail ERİŞ.
We hope that the book will be beneficial to the field, which was brought to the Turkish Islamic economics and finance literature with the translation and publication process carried out by our Institute in cooperation with TKBB.
About the book:
The book was published by the Central Bank of Malaysia; It is a compilation of Murabaha, Mudaraba, Musharake, Teverruk, Istisna', Kefalet, Wakalet, Karz, Vedi'a, Grant, Ijarah and Promise standards. These standards, fully approved by the Shari'a Advisory Board, provide guidance on the implementation of shari'a contracts by the industry. The operational requirements, which serve as a reference for best practice, complement the application of Shari'a requirements from a practical perspective. In this context, the standards serve as a comprehensive reference resource that supports the harmonization of sharia interpretations within the country and around the world.
