EXAMINATION ENTRANCE INFORMATION

POINTS TO CONSIDER REGARDING THE EXAMINATION

1. While taking the exam, candidates are required to have their Photo Exam Enterance Document and valid Photo Identity Document with them:

Photo Identity Document:

For Turkish National Candidates: Identity card with photo, cold stamp and T.R. ID number / Republic of Turkey ID card / Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus ID card, driver's license with T.R. ID number, valid passport, Blue/Pink Card belonging to those who have left Turkish citizenship with permission and their legal heirs, Temporary Identity Document issued by the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs with photo, signature, seal and valid for a period of time.

For Foreign National Candidates: Residence permit, temporary protection document, stateless person identity document, immigrant document, international protection applicant identity document, international protection status holder identity document, work permit document.

2. Candidates who do not have their Exam Entrance Documents and Photo Identity Documents with them will not be taken to the exam.

3. The exam will be held in test method and its duration is 60 minutes.

4. While coming to the exam, candidates should have a soft-tipped pencil, eraser and pencil sharpener with them.

5. Candidates must be present in the classrooms at least 15 minutes before the exam start time.

6. Candidates must confirm the classrooms they will enter for the exam by checking the name lists posted on the doors of the classrooms announced for the exam.

7. Candidates arriving more than 15 minutes late after the start of the exam will not be admitted to the exam.

8. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam room during the first 30 minutes of the exam.

9. Exam question papers will be returned to the invigilator at the end of the exam. It is prohibited for candidates to take the question papers out of the exam room, record the questions on another paper, or take photographs of them.

10. Candidates are not allowed to use mobile phones during the exam. Candidates must keep their mobile phones completely turned off (not in silent mode, vibration mode, or airplane mode) in their bags or pockets, away from the desk. Those found to be engaged with their mobile phones in any way during the exam or whose mobile phones ring during the exam will have their exams canceled.

11. Talking to each other, cheating, or providing answers to each other during the exam is against the exam rules. Exams of candidates found to behave in this way will be invalidated.

12. Candidates whose exams are invalidated due to not adhering to the exam rules will not be issued an Exam Result Document.
