Fall Semester 2024-2025 Final Registration Procedures

Final registrations will be done between July 16 - 26, 2024.

Final registrations will be done online; however, foreign candidates must come in person. Registration by proxy is not allowed.

Candidates registering for Foreign National and/or Non-Thesis Master's Programs must first pay their tuition fees at Halk Bank branches or online using the STUDENT NUMBER provided in the Placement Result Document, and then complete their final registration.

Required Documents for Final Registration:

  • Graduation Certificate
  • Transcript
  • ALES Certificate or equivalent
  • Foreign Language Certificate or equivalent
  • Photograph (Passport size)
  • School Recognition Certificate
  • Copy of Turkish ID card
  • Placement Result Document (to be obtained from the application system)
  • Copy of Passport (for Foreign Nationals)
  • TÖMER Certificate (for Foreign Nationals)
