We congratulate MUISEF academic members Dr. Mehmet Yuşa Özmen and Prof. Dr. Hasan Hacak on the publication of their article titled "An Examination of the Legal Nature of the Tenant's Rights under the Lease Agreement in Islamic Law" in ATEBE Journal.
This valuable research examines the rights granted to the tenant in Islamic jurisprudence in cases where the leased property is transferred to third parties through sale, lease, or wrongful acts such as usurpation during the lease term.
