The candidates who will register in one of the graduate programs of our Institute in the Fall semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year, and who are in quarantine due to COVID-19, may send the identity information (Name-surname, TR number, etc.) of the person they have appointed for the final registration process by sending an authorization e-mail to our Institute's e-mail address (muisef@marmara.edu.tr), containing a clear statement that the person is fully authorized to perform the final registration procedures on their behalf, they can have the final registration procedures done through the person they have authorized. (Candidates who are at risk in questioning the HES code do not need an official proxy approved by the Notary)

Candidates who cannot come to the final registration due to other reasons can only authorize someone else for the final registration with an official proxy approved by the Notary.
